Vertec believes in after-sales service and places high emphasis on its Maintenance. A good product requires careful and deliberated maintenance routine to ensure the product sees through its life span. A good maintenance will also mean fast response and quick turn-around time.
Vertec has a competent in-house servicing team to perform monthly routine maintenance. Vertec adopts life-cycle monitoring and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum usage time. The parts will be replaced during routine maintenance and minimise disruption due to components wear and tear. In the event where parts failure still occur, Vertec have sufficient parts stored at our warehouse to ensure minimum down time. Vertec achieve the fast response time by having its staff on site during working hours. As long as the number of lifts can justify the cost of the staff being on site, Vertec is committed to place its technician on site.
Vertec is committed to ensure quality after sales services. Usual practise of using customised control system to lock in customers for lift maintenance done by other lift companies is not part of Vertec’s strategy. All parts, control system algorithm and components are easily available from the OEM. This means that Vertec is ready for competition and customer’s interest is our top priority.
